All our food comes from local butchers and suppliers that use farmers that they know and trust, we have 100% traceability, our fish is sourced from completely sustainable sources, our veg is market fresh each day, our scones, tray bakes and desserts are made fresh in our kitchen daily.

OUR VENUE
Safari has a relaxed and informal feel, a perfect place to connect over breakfast, create memories with family, grab a quick coffee or unwind throughout the day.
Evenings become a more intimate affair when the lights go down, we do monthly karaoke or 80’s disco with occasional tribute acts from some of the best tributes in the United Kingdom. We have seating for just over 90 inside our restaurant as well as an outdoor dining terrace for those elusive sunny days.

Our outdoor catering has two large natural charcoal BBQ’s which can cater for day 2 weddings, corporate events, staff appreciation days, family fun days,etc.

We hired Dave at Safari to cater our outside wedding. From the first message to the end of the day he was fantastic and helped us tailor the menu to suit our guests, while offering a range of options. Everyone talked about how incredible for the food was, and the whole team was super friendly and accommodating to every single one of our guests. They were super easy to work with and we never felt like we were a number to Dave, he cared about us as a couple and about making our event as perfect as it could possible be. We can not recommend him highly enough!

What an amazing experience at Safari! We were visiting Ireland/Northern Ireland on holiday and had left Belfast and were on our way to Dublin. We wanted to eat outside of the hubbub of Belfast so looked for something along the way. This place was wonderful. We happened to come in on a night with live music and an incredible steak special. The food was top notch; the steak was cooked and seasoned PERFECTLY and the appetizers were delightful – the chicken wings in particular were fantastic. We got great drinks (highly recommend the bramble) and the dessert was awesome – sticky toffee pudding did not disappoint and the homemade cheese cake was fantastic. We talked at length to the owner – he was super friendly and genuine; he gave us some great tips for our trip into Dublin and just was overall a nice guy. If you are in Banbridge or just in between Belfast and Dublin, check this place out- you will be happy you did.

Staff couldn’t be more helpful plus there was also entertainment which we stayed on for. Even after the meal the staff were looking after us. Thank you Safari, we will see you very soon 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Fantastic place to bring our family as they have a very inclusive menu.
I’ve been vegetarian for 35 years and never found anywhere local that offers this large selection of vegetarian food. vegan food available on request.
There are 5 vegetarians in my family and eating out as a family has become very difficult, we choose a different local restaurant for Easter and 3 of us ended up eating bland sides.
At Safari we were all able to choose a different main dish and starters if we wanted one. The meat eaters were very happy too as they also had a good selection of food.
There was 20 of us there for a family Birthday party and they open up especially for us and couldn’t have been nicer, nothing was too much trouble.The food was amazing and I’m sure we will be back soon. Thank you
